Christmas supper & Christmas package

The final year that we served Christmas table was 2007 and 2008 we decided to try something new and exciting - Christmas supper. This year the success continues and You are welcome to eat Christmas supper at Handelsman Flink from 27th of November to 20th of December 2009.

Foamy lobster bisquee served with green pea and home cached caged crayfish

Main dish 1
Smooth lightly salted angler served with a potatoes and parsnip terrine flavoured with black truffle and asparagus velouté and cabbage and chives Beurre Blanc.

Main dish 2
Honey glazed duck chest served with orange and cinnamon burst red cabbage, almond potato purée flavoured with dried lemon and mulled vine gravy sauce
