The Easter buffet consist of herrings, egg, smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, spur dog, smoked mussels, seafood salad , pasta salad, mixed salad, Easter sweets and coffe.
Easter dinner
5 p.m - 8 p.m, Four course dinner 525 SEK
Starters:
Tartar on elder marinated salmon served with bele caviar and garden cress vinaigrette.
Main course:
Herb spiced lamb file served with a smooth scallion purée, aubergine caviar and lamb gravy.
Middle course:
Ripe tallegio served with caramel sated walnuts.
Dessert:
Chocolate marquise with headcheeseed havtorn.
