Day 1

Arrival for lunch, at which we provide an overview of what will happen throughout the day.

Lunch: Handelsman Flinks fishsoup with safronrouille. Coffee and traditional Aggost from Bohuslän.

We then board the M/S Nephrops Ulmo, which quickly take us out to the lobster area. We don our survival suits and start hauling up the creels, hopefully filled with lobsters. On board there is of course a picnic basket.

On our return, the hot jacuzzi is waiting in the Relaxation section, as well as a sauna where you can enjoy the view of Malö Strömmar.

Together with our chefs you boil the lobster in the lobster cooker at our boat houses and prepare a lobster dinner! It will be a wonderful three course dinner, based on lobster.

Day 2

Breakfast buffet and departure.
