Our restaurant

Our fresh fish comes from Gothenburg or the jetty just below the restaurant, oysters and clams from Mollösund. Meat is supplied by local farmers, who ensure that the animals are healthy and well looked after. Herbs come from our flower beds or from local producers, and are, needless to say, ecologically grown. Cheese is made with organic milk from goats and cows on Orust. Flink's Beer from Bohuslän is a perfect accompaniment to the excellent food.

Weather permitting, you can enjoy your meal on our large verandah. Feel the the sea breeze....

We don´t have our a la carte menus on the website. The reason is that we only use fresh food products. You never know what the sea and forest gives us. Larger groups can pre-order a menu after their wishes and then we make sure we have the food products that are needed.

Before Christmas you can have a smorgasbord based on seafood.

Our chefs love to cook and put all their experience into the menu for your wedding or whatever gourmet meal you order. The catering service can arrange parties of different sizes. We customize according to your wishes.

Welcome to our café with a marvellous seaview!

Have a cup of freshly brewed coffee and a homemade bun on our café verandah. While you are sitting there enjoying the beautiful view, the children can have an ice-cream and run down to the jetty to look for crabs, or watch the boats.
